Q: What is your favorite thing about being a DJ?
Playing music that I love and that my listeners can relate to. The connection with the listeners is the very best.
Q: What is your favorite music?
It is difficult for me to choose only one type because there are so many different genres that I love! I think I listen to country from the 90’s and 2000’s the most nowadays. I love classic rock, oldies from the 50’s and 60’s, and 80’s fall at the top of my list.
Some of my favorite songs are:
- The Heart of Worship because it tells me it is never about me, just Jesus.
- My favorite hymns are Great is Thy Faithfulness, How Great Thou Art, Amazing Grace, and Stand Up for Jesus
- Favorite dance songs are Shake It Up by Taylor Swift, Burning Up by Madonna, B52’s doing Love Shack, and Montel Jordan doing This Is How We Do It!
- My favorite slow dance is My Love by Paul McCartney because it was my first slow dance in 7th grade!
Q: What is on your bucket list?
I want to travel the Scandinavian countries, take my husband to Japan, sing the national anthem at the Angel stadium and have my whole family together for birthdays and holidays.
