Ocean Waves Radio has had a wonderful year together working as a team and having fun while we do it! We are engaging with listeners, getting donations, giving back to our staff because of what our listeners do for us with donations and we are so grateful. If you have not read our mission statement and heard about our goals please go to the about us page and read so you too, can become a part of our team.
You can help by donating once or monthly to help us to help others. You can have your businesses advertised with us or you can sponser your favorite DJ or show to keep him or her on the air.
Our schedule this week will look very different so we thought we would put it in writing for your convenience.
Monday, today on the Jumpin’ Jukebox, at 5:pm Eastern, 2PM Pacific or 7PM in the U.K. we will be all over the map. Usually, we play on the 50’s and 60’s but but today we will be featuring or adding the 40’s, 70’s and even two or three best tracks from the 2000’s. For those who love traditional Christmas, you will love this show and if you like some of the contemporary tracks you might be surprised to hear those as well. This show is known normally for being one hour, sometimes 90 minutes but today it will be a fabulous two hour show of great Christmas tracks. I have room for one or two requests.
On Christmas Eve, from 2PM till 8PM, we will feature a 6 hour show by our very own Jonathan Apple presenting an amazing feature of Christmas tracks, cute stories and tales throughout the show and you can be sure to hear your favorite tunes from America’s Top 40, Coast to Coast. He will play all types of great music and genres.
This same show will be replayed on Christmas morning and afternoon with a repeat of 20, The Countdown Magazine in-between. This all begins at 7AM Eastern time.
There will be no Give me back my 70’s, or Lift Those Hands on Tuesday evening.
Beach Baby will be off from after her Jumpin’ Jukebox show tonight till after the New Year.
